It's been non-stop the past few weeks so we have a It's been non-stop the past few weeks so we have a lot of news and updates to share with you. While not every week is jam packed with pics, behind the scenes we're all locked in as the summer holidays come to a close.

This week:

⭐We launched our invite only Padel and Pints day with Optimus Facilities, an event which will be full of networking, friendly competition, and funnily enough, padel!

⭐The London office had a day out at The Oval watching some cricket test matches.

⭐Some of the North West Team went to Stockport to attend the NWCHSG session focused on Asbestos.

⭐ There's still time to sign up to our next Lunch and Learn session taking place this 16th September where we will be joined by Tony Sharp and Rhian Greaves (DAC Beachcroft LLP). Sign up on our Linktree.

Let's see what next week's got for us hey! Happy Friday.
Padel & Pints! 🎾 It’s no secret that some of our Padel & Pints! 🎾

It’s no secret that some of our P4 crew are well acquainted in the art of padel, as are our friends at OPTIMUS FACILITIES. With that in mind we got to thinking...wouldn’t it be good to get everyone together, clients and teams, on the court?

So here we have it, the Optimus and P4 brainchild, Padel and Pints, is born.

This October, we’re encouraging our network to step away from from the usual meetings and project environments that we find ourselves coming together in. It’s the perfect opportunity to network, build relationships, and have some friendly competition, without the confines of a meeting room.

We’ll be kicking things off with breakfast and networking before stepping onto the courts for an Americano-style padel tournament. This will be followed by a few well-earned drinks afterwards!

This is an invite-only event, and we’re really looking forward to welcoming our guests and getting both the Optimus and P4 teams involved.

Clients, colleagues, competition…and a pint (or two) to finish. What could possibly go wrong?!

⭐P4 announced we have joined the Vadella Group, an exciting venture we can't wait to get started with.

⭐A few of the Liverpool team went along to the Adelphi Village social event last week.

⭐We celebrated our August Birthdays.

⭐Site visits across the country.

⭐Our next Lunch and Learn session is fast approaching so we've been planning behind the scenes what that will look like. Get your tickets through our Linktree (link in bio).

We’re delighted to share that Project Four has joi We’re delighted to share that Project Four has joined the Vadella Group, marking an exciting next step in the growth of the business. Over the years, we’ve built P4 around great people, trusted client relationships and a commitment to delivering practical, technical and commercially focused advice.

As we looked to the future, we wanted to find the right partner to help us build on those foundations, and we believe we’ve found that in Vadella.

But one thing isn’t changing: P4 remains P4.

Our brand, our people, our culture, our client relationships and our commitment to quality remain at the heart of the business.

We’re excited about what comes next and look forward to building the next chapter together.

The long awaited office tour is HERE⭐ You didn't The long awaited office tour is HERE⭐

You didn't think we'd forgotten did you?

A few months of moving, shifting, decorating and installing later, and our Liverpool HQ finally looks the part, custom vinyl wraps, door signs and all.

Same people, same culture, just a proper space to match how we work: a boardroom for the big decisions, a breakout zone for those away-from-the-screen moments, an open-plan space with sliding doors to reunite business support and delivery, a dedicated meeting room, and phone booths for the calls you can't take at your desk.

We asked our team what they needed. Turns out, this was it.

As we near our 35th Gateway approval, and a collective 15,000 units, we look to go even further (as is the P4 way 😉).

So as they say, onwards and upwards, but for now, take a tour of the new HQ!💚💚
Just 3 months left of the year (🤯), and we’re back Just 3 months left of the year (🤯), and we’re back with our next instalment of Life at P4. This time we sat down with Quality and Compliance Manager Oksana Degtyaryova.

Oksana joined Project Four nearly 3 years ago, and has been key in ensuring external legal rules, and internal high standards, are met with sophistication, thoroughness, and efficiency.

A true asset to the team, Oksana can always be relied on to give you a helping hand when things get tricky. She has recently been planning her upcoming wedding, with it now being just a few weeks away!

Before she becomes a Mrs, take a look why she chooses P4...💍💚

It's been a busy week at Project Four.... ⭐We wel It's been a busy week at Project Four....

⭐We welcomed James Dingley on board, and he has already hit the ground running!

⭐It was scouse scran week! This time around Alan treated us to a beef and gammon joint which were paired with crusty bread and butter, alongside a selection of shop bought and homemade treats.

⭐Connor and Lewis went along to a padel tournament organised by Turner Property Recruitment, taking the chance to network and play in the sun.

⭐Workshops and site visits were in full swing, with sessions delivered to clients, and visits taking place across the country.

⭐A special mention to Max and his son Reuben, who took to the British Transplant Games over the last weekend, which is for children who have been given life changing surgery through transplant. Going on behalf of Alder Hey Children's Charity it was a fantastic event.
You may remember a while ago we introduced you to You may remember a while ago we introduced you to our new corporate partners at The Safety Net Foundation (and if you don't, where have you been?)

Well in September, they're hosting a roundtable aimed at young professionals within the industry, and we're proud to be supporting them!

Organised and supported by Harry Greason and P4's own Lewis Burns, they're looking for you to be part of the conversation. The event is targeted specifically to under 30s working in any part of the health and safety industry, and aims to shape what the future of health and safety looks like for the next generation.

Following our stint at UKREiiF's fringe this year, we knew the conversation was far from over. So what did we do? We got back in touch with our panellists and captured their thoughts in our aptly named Thought Leadership.

The discussion titled "The 28-day myth: Why 28 days isn't really 28 days" looks to explore and dispel the common misconceptions around Safety Case submissions and prove why you can't be complacent assuming you can just get everything together when the time comes to apply. It is a process that should begin as soon as possible, giving you a far better chance at success.

🚀GATEWAY SUCCESS🚀 Even with the summer holidays i 🚀GATEWAY SUCCESS🚀

Even with the summer holidays in full swing, we're still getting those approvals in!

Recently we were part of Gateway 2 approval success for Cornbrook, working closely with Domis Construction and Forshaw Land & Property Group Ltd.

The residential development, which will be home to 237 residential apartments and 88 aparthotel studios, will take shape across Manchester's ever-growing skyline.

Shoutout to the P4 team who were part of it. Find out more about the scheme below...
The end of another month, and we’ve had some more The end of another month, and we’ve had some more birthdays to celebrate.

Fi, Haley, Mol, and Alan blew out the candles this month, and used their P4 birthday day off to celebrate with their friends and families. Take a look to see what they got up to!

At P4, we know that life comes first, and the birthday day off is just one way we show our team it matters.
You've all heard the saying there's no place like You've all heard the saying there's no place like home; well we've adopted a new one, there's no place like the hive. A few weeks ago, we partnered with our friends at The Hive Youth Zone, Wirral to host "Social Value beyond the tick box: What meaningful social value looks like across property and construction". Now we've taken the time to reflect, we're here with the behind the scenes lookback.

Success is definitely the word for how the morning took hold, as we brought together guests from public, private, and third-party sectors to unite over the same theme: Social Value.

Beginning with an introduction from Hive CEO Jayne Wilson, we then welcomed member Kiara to the stage to share her story about the true impact the Hive has had on her life. There wasn't a dry eye in the house as Kiara proved what belief, a strong unit, and life experiences can do for confidence, esteem, and heart.

Lucy Bridge then came through to discuss what the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority do as part of their own social value strategy, moving away from your typical box-ticking to create lasting impact across the industry. It opened up the discussion on what actually defines social value, and made it clear there's far more to it than meets the eye.

Lucy then passed the mic to Hugh Frost who spoke to the crowd about the King's Dock development, which looks to bring regeneration to the Liverpool waterfront.

We then moved into our panel discussion looking at how Hannah Bailey Louise Jackson Zeniou and Richard Mawdsley, alongside Hugh, use social value to enhance, educate, and provide, for schemes and businesses across the country. The worthwhile slot was the opportunity for questions to be asked, misconceptions to be ironed out, and for social value to truly be at the forefront.

The whole event would not have been possible without the support from The Hive, and the work they do is truly lifechanging for so many children and young people across the region.

Until next time...
