It is with great sadness that we share the news th It is with great sadness that we share the news that Karen Benson, a much-loved and long-standing member of the Project Four family, passed away recently after a short illness.

For over 10 years, Karen was central to this business; trusted, respected, and relied upon by colleagues and clients alike. She will be deeply missed by everyone who had the privilege of working alongside her.

Our thoughts are with her family, Nathan, Alfie and Julie, and with everyone who knew her.

A celebration of Karen's life will be held on Thursday 23rd July 2026 at 3.30pm, Landican Cemetery, Arrowe Park Rd, Woodchurch, Birkenhead, Wirral CH49 5LW, followed by drinks from 4.30pm at the Green Lodge Hotel, 2 Stanley Rd, Hoylake, Wirral CH47 1HW.

Karen's wishes: no black, smart casual, and no long faces. No flowers, but donations in her memory to St John's Hospice, Clatterbridge, who cared for Karen and her family so well over these last few weeks: https://lnkd.in/e6fXespW

Thank you for everything Karen, you will always be the heart of P4, no matter where you are💚
🚀🚀GATEWAY 2 APPROVAL SECURED🚀🚀 We are so pleased 🚀🚀GATEWAY 2 APPROVAL SECURED🚀🚀

We are so pleased to announce that we have helped McLaren Property | Living | Regeneration secure a Gateway 2 Approval for their scheme at Wellington Square.

The 46 storey scheme consisting of 464 residential apartments above ground floor, will be the newest addition to the Leeds skyline.

Project Four had multiple roles in this project, taking on BRPD, CDM PD and BSA Client Advisor. Big shoutout to Karen C. Cornejo Steven Sidaway Mark Gray for their work in getting this over the line.

As Karen so aptly put, “Credit goes to the entire Wellington S. project team whose expertise and commitment helped navigate a demanding approval process...it reflects the strength of the collaboration, high-quality assurance, expertise, commitment, and diligence demonstrated by all disciplines involved”.

As June nears a close, we are here with the next e As June nears a close, we are here with the next episode in our Life at Project Four series.

For this month, we’ve sat down with Senior Building Safety Consultant Harry Chapman-Eamer, who is nearing his one year anniversary with us.

Everyone who meets Harry comments on his approachability, genuineness, and passion for his role, and he is a true asset to the Project Four team in how he approaches his day-to-day.

A part of the National Team, Harry is always darting here, there, and everywhere on site visits, client meetings, and team days, but he always finds the time to socialise with his family and dog Ovie.

Find out more about Harry here and why he continues to choose Project Four.
Busy workshop mornings in the P4 boardroom, otherw Busy workshop mornings in the P4 boardroom, otherwise (un)officially known as the P4 'war room'.

Workshop 1️⃣ - Site Safety & Audit regroup with the Liverpool PCS team
Workshop 2️⃣ - Marketing workshops with service leads

A space for collaborative thinking, brain dumping, and team get togethers, the boardroom is the perfect place for preparing and banging heads for the week ahead.

During our office refurb, one thing the team asked for was a dedicated meeting space, free from credited bookings and limited availability, somewhere they could greet clients and show off the P4 charm.

Now the team across the country can meet, discuss, and plan to ensure the quality we're known for is retained.

More on the office refurb incoming...🫡

Today's the day Alan Robson. sets off with OPTIMUS Today's the day Alan Robson. sets off with OPTIMUS FACILITIES to take on the Three Peaks Challenge, in aid of Alder Hey Children's Charity.

As everyone knows by now, Alder Hey is a charity we, and Optimus, have supported for a number of years due to personal connections in the team. The funds raised will go directly to helping families and their loved ones navigating through their time at Alder Hey, whether it be through research, appointments, or stays on the wards.

The team have smashed their £3000 target, but the fundraising doesn't stop there. We all need to keep pushing, as they will need to do over the next 24 hours.

Want to donate? You can do so here: https://lnkd.in/eNfXk7NY

Good luck team, we're rooting for you!👊🏼💚

The most common cause of fatal injuries for 2024/2 The most common cause of fatal injuries for 2024/25, was falls from height, at a staggering 53%. Working at height may be part of the job, but falls certainly shouldn't be.

That's why at Project Four we have always shown strong support for No Falls Week, a week dedicated to education, awareness, and promotion, of how unsafe work environments can impact you for life.

Don't be complacent, it is everyone's responsibility from the ground up to keep things safe.

Because everyone deserves to return home safe from a day's work.
