Being completely honest… we nearly didn’t make it Being completely honest… we nearly didn’t make it this morning — but I’m so glad we did. P4 have been supporting @thehive_yz in Wirral for almost 12 months now. From the outset, we were clear this needed to be about more than a financial contribution. We’re committed to building a genuinely impactful partnership — one that adds real, lasting value. Hearing the story of just one (of many) young people whose life has been changed was both inspiring and humbling. Absolutely brilliant. This was followed by a powerful and insightful panel discussion exploring legacy, diversity, skills, knowledge, and what meaningful, long-term partnerships truly look like in practice. 💤WE’RE SLEEPING OUT💤 ➡️We’re taking a team along 💤WE’RE SLEEPING OUT💤 ➡️We’re taking a team along to this year’s Liverpool Sleepout in aid of LandAid, a charity whose goal is to end youth homelessness in the UK. 🌠Sleeping bags in hand, the team will be heading over to St Luke’s bombed out church for a night (literally) under the stars, to get a small insight into what thousands of people sleeping rough experience daily. 🫂We are not naive, this will not be anywhere near the level of reality that many face, but showing solidarity is the first step to making a difference. ❤️‍🩹If the money we raise can help just one person, we’ll have made a contribution to the greater good. 👋🏼The team is ready. Basing off in Spain, Colin proves that you really can work anywhere! 🚀Nancy started with us one year ago and has hit the ground running, working on high profile schemes across the country alongside our National Team. Nancy brings tenacity, meticulousness, and passion to every project, and is a credit to the team. 🎯Mark celebrates one year with us this month, and his optimism and high-held esteem with clients across the country makes him a pleasure to work with. 🚀⭐FOI GATEWAY STATS🚀⭐ We recently put in a FOI Re 🚀⭐FOI GATEWAY STATS🚀⭐ We recently put in a FOI Response with the BSR, which looks at data on the number of Gateway 2 + 3 applications including Residential Units + BAC figures: Data is accurate as of 16th January ➡ 104 new build Gateway 2 applications now approved! ➡ 35,000 new homes in Gateway 2 backlog. ➡2104 new homes unoccupied awaiting Gateway 3 approval. ➡ 69% rejection rate for building assessment certificates. Compare this to our previous report, and you will see there's been a marked change in a number of sections. Take a look...
⭐🚀PROMOTION NEWS🚀⭐ 🥳In fantastic news this month, ⭐🚀PROMOTION NEWS🚀⭐ 🥳In fantastic news this month, we have had two promotions in our North West Team. 💚Congratulations are in order for Cathal Bradley, as he takes on the role of Technical Director. Steve Rossiter, Operations Director, commented, "His outstanding Technical knowledge aside, Cathal, the person, plays a huge role in making the Liverpool Office a great place to work every day. His promotion to Technical Director is recognition of his contribution to P4 both technically and culturally". 💚Also, huge congratulations to Fiona Lavin who has been proudly promoted to our "Head of Happiness", focusing on all things people and culture. Fiona wears many hats here at P4, and is the 'go to' person when we need advice, guidance or someone to talk to, whilst also juggling HR admin. And so, it makes perfect sense to have Fiona focus on our people, wellbeing, culture and happiness. 🚀We are so proud to support our team in making these leaps, we can't wait to see them flourish in their promoted roles.

💭The Building Safety Levy is coming into force in 💭The Building Safety Levy is coming into force in October 2026 and will add cost across the residential market. 🪨We’ve been working closely with clients to understand the potential impact, calculate likely levy costs, and support programmes that allow a Gateway 2 or building control submission ahead of October 2026 to avoid the levy where possible. 💰Up to now we have seen some potential costs to largescale schemes of 800k +...
